Supportive coach & neurodiversity advocate, creating safe spaces where business owners gain confidence, clarity & tools to grow.
ABOUT kirsty heap coaching
Hi, I am Kirsty. At heart, I am someone who loves helping people feel clearer, more confident and better supported in both business and life. Over the years, I have worked with all sorts of people, from sole traders and small business owners, to leaders in larger organisations, and what I have found is that most of us are simply trying to juggle a lot and make the best of our strengths. That is where I come in.
As a coach, speaker and neurodiversity advocate (I am proudly dyslexic and ADHD myself), I bring a mix of lived experience, HR know-how, and practical tools that actually work in the real world. I am not about jargon or theory for theory’s sake. I am about listening, encouraging and helping you find simple steps that make a real difference.
I believe we all have so much more potential than we give ourselves credit for. Sometimes we just need a safe space to think, a different perspective, or someone cheering us on as we take the next step. That is the space I try to create with every person I work with.
If you are looking for support that feels practical, positive and real, let us have a chat.
